About RacquetLog
A job log built for the person actually pulling tension — not a general-purpose invoicing app bent into shape.
What it does
RacquetLog keeps a record of every racquet you string. You log the job once — client, racquet, string and tension, what you charged — and the app handles the rest: it tracks your income and costs, draws down your string inventory, and tells you when a client is due for a restring based on how long their last job has been in the frame.
It is built mobile-first, because stringing happens standing at a machine rather than sitting at a desk. Logging a job takes seconds on a phone.
Who it's for
Independent stringers and small shops. If you string for a handful of regulars at your club, for a high school team, or out of your garage, this is aimed at you. There is no multi-location staff management or point-of-sale system here, and that is deliberate.
What it tracks
Jobs with full string specs, including hybrid setups that draw half a set from each reel. Clients and their racquets, so you can see what someone last played with before they ask. String reels, sets, and overgrips, with low-stock warnings before you run out mid-job. Customer-supplied strings, kept separate from your own stock. And a dashboard covering income, net profit, job counts, and which strings you go through most.
Pricing
The Hobby plan is free and covers 10 jobs and 2 shop inventory items, which is enough to decide whether the app fits how you work. Pro Stringer is $9.99 per year for unlimited jobs and inventory plus Excel import and export. Customer-supplied strings never count against the free inventory limit.
Your data
Your job history is yours. Pro accounts can export everything to Excel at any time, and we do not sell your data or your clients' details to anyone. The Privacy Policy spells out exactly what is stored and who processes it.
